MTS AI assists with communication, appointment scheduling, reminders, and administrative workflows. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, or replace licensed healthcare professionals. This is automation with human control, not autonomous healthcare.

1. What MTS AI Does

  • Lead qualification and initial communication with a new inquiry.
  • Appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation handling.
  • Answering common questions about a clinic's services and hours.
  • Phone communication, through a voice AI agent.
  • Website chat and WhatsApp communication, where enabled.
  • Appointment reminders and follow-up communication.
  • Reactivation outreach to lapsed patients, on a set cadence.
  • Administrative workflows and reporting inside the dashboard.

2. What MTS AI Does Not Do

  • It does not diagnose medical or dental conditions.
  • It does not prescribe treatment.
  • It does not provide clinical advice.
  • It does not replace a licensed healthcare professional.
  • It does not make clinical decisions. A clinic remains responsible for those.

3. Human Oversight

Clinic staff remain in control of every automation MTS runs on their behalf:

  • Staff can review conversations an AI agent has handled.
  • Staff can edit AI responses before or after they are sent, where the relevant functionality supports it.
  • Staff can stop an automation at any time.
  • Staff can take over a live conversation, moving it from the AI agent to a person.
  • Complex conversations can be routed to staff rather than handled by the AI agent at all.

We are selling automation, not autonomy. Full detail on the systems behind these agents lives on our Trust Center.
